I didn’t do my usual shopping summary post earlier this month because mainly, other than keeping this top from Le Tote and getting these sandals courtesy of Shopbop, I spent all my money in August on workout clothes.
And, yes, I spent money. Look, Old Navy had a 50% off sale on activewear and when you workout 6 days a week you get tired of wearing the same things over and over again. So, I bought some new stuff.
These are now my go-to lifting shoes. They don’t have enough support for me for running, but otherwise they’re awesome.
As for what I bought from Old Navy, I’ve already worn all of it and love all of it.
I’m aware that I bought nothing in color. Actually, I did buy a pink top but it was too small. I highly recommend sizing up a bit in the keyhole top and sizing down in the strappy tank.
Speaking of working out, my goal 5K is one week from tomorrow! Ahh!
- Monday 9/5 – Rest
- Tuesday 9/6 – Upper body strength and 3 mile run
- Wednesday 9/7 – 40 minute tempo run and length strength workout
- Thursday 9/8 – Upper body strength workout
- Friday 9/9 – Leg strength workout
- Saturday 9/10 – 3 mile run
- Sunday 9/11 – 7 mile run
