So that’s what you wear with leggings

Office Appropriate Outfits - Fall

As I’ve mentioned previously, I have this weird thing with leggings. But, this is why I love Le Tote. One of you lovely readers mentioned I should try a tunic or a dress that seemed just a tad too short and see if I could make leggings work that way. Good call! Because one day last week I just wanted to be comfy. Thankfully I had added this tunic/dress to my Le Tote closet and it was perfect.

Dress – Le Tote (same) | Leggings – Old Navy (similar) | Boots – DSW (similar) | Scarf – gift (similar)

I really liked this outfit….except my leggings were too big! I never thought I’d need to buy leggings, though, and Old Navy doesn’t have these exact ones any more. I’ve heard good things about the Zella leggings from Nordstrom, though, so I might have to check those out.

Also, I think I might re-wear this exact same outfit for Thanksgiving before I send back my Tote. Leggings plus tunic seem like the perfect combination for eating and lounging, am I right?

Tunic + leggings = AWESOME SAUCE! You look so cute (and I bet you are pretty comfortable too?!) The fact that you plan to wear this for Thanksgiving must mean it is. I’ll probably take your advice and do the same thing for next week!

I just hope I don’t get too warm. My parents keep the house pretty cool but sometimes all the running around in the kitchen can make me overheat. Although, last year I wore a button up and a sweater and was fine 🙂

Yet another article of clothing that I did not notice on Le Tote! That does look like the perfect outfit to wear to Thanksgiving. I wore leggings yesterday with a tunic and loved how comfortable I was versus when I wear a dress, hose, and heels! Nobody’s got time to be dealing with pantyhose!

Super cute!! IMO, the Old Navy leggings are more flattering than the Zellas. I ordered a pair during the anniversary sale because of the repeated blogger hype—and then promptly sent them back. YMMV obviously, but for the price and fit I say Old Navy all the way!
