Feelings of Deja Vu

Viagra and clonidine · Casual Friday · Fluoxetine and abilify

I know, I know, I just did a Then and Now post. But today’s outfit IS really similar to one I wore back in December. Just, you know, updated for spring!

And, if we’re being honest, I basically wore a version of this outfit all weekend. On Saturday I wore these jeans, a graphic tee, and a chambray shirt open over the top. Plus boots because it was raining.

On Sunday I wore these jeans, the chambray shirt, a different scarf, and these shoes. And my gray puffer vest.

And here we are today. That’s the nice thing about weekends. You don’t see the same people you work with so no one has to know how many days in a row you wore essentially the same outfit.

Except those of you that I saw this weekend and who are now reading this post. But you won’t tell, right?

Your secret is safe with me 😛 It’d be awfully hypocritical of me to call you out, since there have been many, MANY times where I’ve worn something two days in a row, because one of those days was a work day and one of those days was not a work day. Haha. I really liked your chambray shirt on Sunday, too, so now I’m glad I know where it came from!

I think it’s smart to wear an outfit on repeat for many reasons: You don’t have to think/plan about what to wear, you know it looks good, and it’s not always “dirty/needing to be washed” after the first time, but after a couple times you know it is (did that make sense?). jodie

I love this. I have two olive green vests. One is silky and cropped easy to dress up. The other is khaki and studded and longer with big pockets and I feel like a fisherman in it. But, duh, add a scarf! 🙂
