Welcome back to Monday, everyone! How was your weekend? Did you have a weekend? Mine was one of my busier weekends of the year. As the volunteer marketing director and member of the group that puts on the Good Life Race 5K I spent yesterday at the race working my butt off.

Hence the flats today. My feet are more tired than if I’d run an entire marathon. Volunteering at a race is no joke.

However, I didn’t just choose this outfit so I could wear flats. Nope, I chose it because it’s another edition of Style Imitating Art and this week’s selection, chosen by Jess is a mixture of blues, grays, reds, and yellows.

The blue in the smoke really drew my eye which is why I made it the focal color of my outfit. And I’m just going to go with the fact that the smoke is being blown by the wind as the reason my hair is in my face in today’s photo. It’s windy on the roof of my building!

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to sit at my desk and enjoy not being on my feet.
