I’m beginning to think that H&K Style Journey and her friends know about my lack of orange items! This is the second outfit in a row to feature orange!

And, as we all know by now, there is no orange in my closet. However, there are ruffles, bootcut jeans, and ballet flats. This ruffled cardigan hasn’t been worn in a long while so it was nice to get some use out of it. In fact, in the past I’ve always worn it with my winter white pants so breaking out of that rut and wearing it with jeans was a welcome touch.

Even if my jeans are wrinkled. Seriously. How do jeans even get wrinkled??

Also, funny story, my hair dryer completely died on me while drying my hair this morning. As in, so dead it had to be given a funeral as I lowered it into its trash can casket. Which means I will be going to Ulta on my lunch break and buying a new one. Any suggestions on what I should get?

P.S. Happy Pi Day! I’m actually running a “Pi K” tonight. 3.14 miles followed by pie (both pizza and dessert), beer, and who knows what else. Exciting, right?

I bought the exact same one Maggie suggested in January and I love it too! That is a good price Amazon is offering if you can wait for the delivery. I got mine at Bed Bath with a 20% off coupon and it was still about $75.

If it was summer I could totally wait. But since I’m pretty sure my hair will freeze and break off in this weather we’re having, I had to make a decision at Ulta :-) They only had one from this brand and it was $200!

Yep! I got the Rusk Speed Freak and a new diffuser and I’m good to go. It was even on sale :-)

The Pi Run was fun. More of a fun run and not really a race. But for $25 we got a shirt, pizza, amazing apple pie, and I won a cookbook!

Ooh, I love that cardigan for the ruffle and the lovely mint color! This is definitely something I could see myself wearing. I need more cute feminine sweaters!!
