Fall Trend 3 Ways Part Two: The Military Inspired Jacket

Last week you saw how to incorporate a moto jacket into your work wardrobe.  This week we’re tackling the military-inspired utility jacket.

These have been all the rage this fall. So much, in fact, that they are sold out in several places.  But, I’ve found three that are still available.

So how do you make these work with your office outfits?  Here are three ways using the jackets above.

Fall Trends - Military Inspired Jackets

The jacket can just be a layering piece that you take off when you get to work as long as you wear something fun underneath.  Or you can leave it on just as you would a blazer or a cardigan.

Would you wear a military-inspired utility jacket?  What would you wear it with?

Don’t forget you can always submit your questions or requests for You Pick Wednesday to looplooks@gmail.com! Next week I’m tackling office dress code issues per a reader request.

I used to love military jackets, but I could never find them. Now they are everywhere! XD

I’ve never owned one but I really want that to change soon!

Hahah, you are awesome for giving me ideas for wearing my military jackets! (Especially my leather/canvas version, leopard pants are so daring!) I’ve been a huge fan of military style jackets since middle school but like Brittney above mentioned, it’s been really hard to find them up until now.

Including the leather and canvas one made me think of you so I’m glad it helped!
