Cardigan – The Limited | Top – The Limited | Skirt – Nordstrom Rack | Shoes – Tahari via TJ Maxx

I know, I know.  I just wore this skirt last week.  But, hey, one of my goals is to show you how to wear the items you have in different ways.  Which means wearing things I own lots of times!

Last week I wore this skirt with black.  That’s a safe pairing.  Black and white skirt with a black top?  Of course.  I’ve also worn it with pink. But, really, it could go with all kinds of colors.  So, I’ll wear it over and over again.

My favorite bit is the architectural elements on the neckline of that top!

Sadly, no. I bought it last year and had to get it hemmed (it was a really weird length). Honestly, I’ve been a bit disappointed in the State Street Rack the past few times I’ve been in there. Which one do you usually go to?

ME TOO! everytime I go I leave with like nothing. I did get a really cute pair of sperry black sparkle flats but for clothes i haven’t found anything. i sometimes go to both…in the same day.

Fine, can I just have your skirt then? Friends share.

No, I want to keep it. I’ll take you to La Madia but you have to pay for me. I’m an expensive date.

I love seeing bloggers re-wear their clothing, much more than seeing new clothing in fact. It’s fun to seeing all of the ways a garments can get re-worn and speaks a lot of ones personal style. I really love this skirt with the colorful top, the blue top really brings out the pattern. (I bet it would look killer with a red top, very dramatic!) The pattern on this skirt is so interesting and cool, it’s a bit like paint drizzles. (And I do like the neckline on your top, it does look a bit art deco!)

You know, I don’t own nearly enough red. I need to remedy that!

It looks so much different with the purple top! I bet no one would even notice it was the same skirt :)

I have noticed people don’t comment if you wear the same thing multiple times close together. At least, not in my office!
