Scarf Secret

Here’s a little secret: I wore this scarf yesterday, too. But I barely saw anyone in my office yesterday so I figured no one would notice. And I was right; they didn’t!
Like Simply Sarah and her savvy style I never really thought about scarves in the summer. When it’s 90+ degrees outside you want as little on as possible. But this scarf is so lightweight and sheer that it basically is like having nothing on. But the multicolor and the polka dots really jazz up an outfit.
Which is probably why I’m wearing it two days in a row.
Do you ever wear the same thing to the office multiple days in a row? Does anyone notice?

Pairing the fancy sequined skirt with a neutral colored cardigan and nude heels helps keep it from being too bling-y or overwhelming.
The fact that I paired two pieces that could be considered slightly casual but added heels and a blazer makes my outfit work appropriate without being traditional.

Would you believe I originally didn’t think I’d ever own red pants? Now I love wearing them. Funny how that happens, isn’t it?

I have not worn the same thing to the office days in a row, but I do it at home ALL THE TIME. And now that I am not in the office that much, when I do go in, I feel like I am wearing what I wore the week below!
