Sorry for the disappearing act! I wasn’t in my office last Friday so I didn’t post a photo. I was taking part 5 of my six part professional certification exam (I passed!) and then picking my mom up from the train station and hanging out.
Not too sure how I feel about this outfit. I think, once again, it highlights just how short my torso really is. What you can’t see is the shirt has very fine silver pinstripes on it. I’m never really sure what to wear with it. I guess I should look up some inspiration photos for white collared shirts, huh?

Nothing is classier to me than tweed and a pencil skirt.
A reader recently contacted me and asked for help with a pair of ankle boots she just bought.
Right now I’m pretty happy with my closet. But even so there are days when I stand there and stare at all the hangers and think, “I wish I had….”
I’ve had all of these clothing pieces in my closet for a long time. I keep wavering on whether or not to keep the cardigan and then it keeps staying. 
Pairing the fancy sequined skirt with a neutral colored cardigan and nude heels helps keep it from being too bling-y or overwhelming.
